Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier used depends on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the size of the package.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. The following address types may have restrictions:

• P.O. Boxes — not available for certain oversized items
• APO / FPO addresses — not currently supported
• Freight forwarders — not available for certain high-value electronics

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be offered at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. FoundPixel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or the delivery confirmation.

We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of damaged items and packaging may be required to process your claim.
