Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests for returns made after 30 days may not be accepted, except where required by law or under our separate Warranty & Replacement Policy.

The return window begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier, not the date of shipment.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and free gifts are included
  • Tags, seals, and protective films are intact and undamaged
  • The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 6)
  • Proof of purchase — such as an order number or receipt — is provided

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at +1 (516) 440-8868 or through our website contact form
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. We will review your request and, if approved, email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions
  4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit
  5. Drop the package off with the designated carrier using the provided label
Do not send your item back before receiving a return approval and shipping label from our team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Memory cards, digital downloads, and gift cards
  • Used or damaged products not resulting from a manufacturer defect
  • Items returned without original packaging or essential accessories
  • Products clearly showing signs of heavy use, drops, or liquid exposure

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.

Do not discard any damaged packaging — photos of both the item and the packaging are required to file a carrier claim on your behalf.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please follow the return process outlined in Section 4 and place a new order for the desired item separately.

This ensures the fastest turnaround, as processing an exchange as two separate transactions avoids delays associated with waiting for the return to be received before shipping your new item.

Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company or PayPal — processing times vary and a refund may be pending on their end
