Warranty Coverage
FoundPixel offers a 1-year limited warranty on all new products purchased directly from our website or physical store. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of delivery.

What Is (and Is Not) Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Electronic or mechanical failures during normal use
Internal component faults preventing intended function
Not Covered
Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or spills
Liquid, moisture, sand, dust, or extreme weather damage
Normal wear and tear — scratches, dents, cosmetic blemishes
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Improper use, negligence, or ignoring manufacturer instructions
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible
Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, send you instructions and a prepaid shipping label
Ship the product in its original packaging (if available), including all accessories
Once received and inspected, we will process the repair, replacement, or refund within 7 to 14 business days

Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims — such as your order confirmation email or receipt from FoundPixel.
Products without proof of purchase may not be eligible for warranty service. Please keep your order confirmation email for the lifetime of the product.

Manufacturer Warranties
In addition to our 1-year warranty, many products may also be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. In some cases, you may choose to submit a claim directly to the manufacturer.
Our customer service team can help you identify the best path to a quick resolution — whether that is through FoundPixel or the manufacturer directly.

Limitations
The maximum liability of FoundPixel under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
FoundPixel is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of use, or damage to third-party property — to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Transferability
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only to products purchased from FoundPixel directly, either through our website or our physical store.
