Currency

All prices on our website are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are paying from another currency, your bank or card issuer will apply the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.

FoundPixel has no control over foreign exchange rates or fees applied by your bank. Please check with your card issuer before placing an international order.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will refund the unfulfilled portion to your original payment method.

Payment Security

FoundPixel takes the security of your payment information very seriously. All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers, and your details are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.

We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or PayPal login credentials on our servers. Sensitive payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable laws. The tax amount will be displayed on your order summary before you complete your purchase.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, FoundPixel may perform fraud checks on suspicious orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails verification.

In such cases, any authorization will be voided and funds returned according to the timelines of your payment provider.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks
